Yep, I jogged and I feel rather proud about it too! Yesterday, as we finally had a nice, sunny day after so much rain, I thought I'd take the opportunity to get some fresh air and walk to playgroup. I loaded the kids in the pram and started off on my walk. After about five minutes, I decided I could jog in intervals. So I walked for 90 seconds and jogged for 60 seconds. I have an app on my iPhone called Couch to 5k which has an alert to tell me when to walk and when to run (or jog in my case). It was great and I ended up jogging for four minutes in total. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it's a start for me. I'll be running 10k's in no time!
