Mamma Bear Is Getting Fit!

Yup, that's right. It's time to get serious and say good bye to this extra baby weight I've been lugging around. Before Children, I used to train three times a week in martial arts, pilates once a week and do thirty minutes on the cross trainer every morning. Sheesh, that's exhausting just thinking about that! I want to get back to that again, especially since I was not far off getting my black belt when I felt pregnant with the J-bear. So, I've joined a couple of online support groups and started another blog here to document the torture I'm about to put myself through!
